A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
Give contact details for when you are away.
Give instructions about how to care of your pet
Describe other household duties.
Dear Smith,
Hope you are doing well.First of all,I am very thankful to you because from your busy schedule, you took out a time and agreed to look after my house and pet.I am writing this letter to tell you about some instructions and household duties you have to do in my absence.
As I discussed with you earlier,I will have to leave urgently to attend a conference which is a must.It is a 4 days visit to Ontario. Therefore, I am leaving my house in the morning on 22nd July and I will be back by 26th evening. In an emergency if required;don't hesitate to contact my uncle whose no. I will send.
I want you to pay a little more attention to my 10 months old puppy. The puppy prefers to drink a milk thrice a day with some buiscuits. Moreover,he likes to play in the backyard in evening. Also,if possible;can you please take him out for a round?
Apart from that, can you please water the plants during all 4 days so that they won't get dry.
I will meet you first once I will be back.
Many thanks again,
John
