Dear sir or Madam,
I am writing to inquire you about the cancelation of pre determined meeting on Monday march 24th. As this is an extremely important conference including our upcoming projects; however, i apologize for becoming absent from the meeting because of certain situations.
The big personal reason for not coming to the group meeting is that on that day i am going to visit my grand parents who were living overseas for many years and it would be a great opportunity for me to meet them and strike conversations. Most important thing is that i have great respect for them in my heart and i can not disappoint them by not meeting them. Also, they are coming to attend the wedding celebration of my elder sister and would return back after a few days.
I sincerely apologize for canceling the significant meeting and i request you to determine an another time. I would definitely be on time and without any reason. I hope you would take my request into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you back.
