Respected Director Sir,
This letter regards my lost student identification card due to which I am facing lots of difficulties as I am unable to complete various activities in college.
To begin with, I am Jack Nicolson , ID - 3456A. Yesterday while playing basketball yesterday on campus, apparantly I lost my student card by mistake. And even after umpteen number of efforts to locate that, I was severely disappointed to not find that. I have already tried to file the complaint in the student office but I have not heard much from them so far and hence I feel stuck here.
Due to the above, I have been facing various issues like non-issuance of books from the library, no admittance in various sports club as well as non-entrance to the computer lab which is causing huge distress me as I am unable to finish my courses on deadlines.
Therefore, can I please request you to issue me a new student card as soon as possible so that there are no hurdles and I continue my studies smoothly in future?
Finally, I really appreciate your prompt actions regarding the above.
