Write a letter to a company asking for a refund for something you bought from them online. In your letter, include:
-What you bought
-What your problem is
-Why you want a refund
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter regarding the severe problems of your product and service, thus, I demand a full refund of my purchase.
Allow me to elaborate on the issues. I ordered a silver Iphone X, order number IPX0124, on your company’s website with a full online payment about two weeks ago. The phone was delivered to my house in three working days and the package seemed to be in perfect condition as I presumed my Iphone should be a brand new.
However, the excitement stopped when I opened the box. As a person who has many experiences about Iphone, I immediately recognized that It was poorly refurbished. At the back, I spotted several tiny scratches. Also, the color is in gold on the edge that is unmatched with the back plate and looks ridiculous. Finally, the power button seems to be broken as I failed many attempts to turn on the phone.
I called your customer service after experiencing these problems and they offered a replacement. Since then, no further information about my request has been provided. This was my first time shopping at your online store and I am extremely disatisfied by both your product and service. Therefore, I am entitled to demand a full refund as soon as possible.
I am looking forward to receiving your response.
Kind regards,
Truong
