Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a connection problem with the provided interned service by your company.
Recently, we face two major problems which effect immensely on the connections. Firstly, network signal gets fluctuating regularly in the evening. When many people connect their laptops to the network, signal becomes extremely low. Secondly, we lost completely the connection; however, the connection lump blinks in green, indicating that full connection is available.
Many residents in the building where I live cannot talk over the Skype to their family who live in other countries. I personally do not use the internet in a regular basis, but I utilize the internet from home to monitor the work. These problems have a detrimental impact on my work progress.
I have tried to contact your service department on several occasions to report the problem. I strongly ask that you send your maintenance team to replace the hardware devices in our building and that they reinstall the updated software. It must have been corrupted by any recent virus.
I look forward to the problem being resolved.
Yours faithfully,
Ayoub
