Write a letter to a television company congratulating them on a TV programme that you have recently seen.
Write a letter to the television company. In your letter
• mention when and why you watched it
• say why you liked it so much
• what effect it might have on other people
Dear Sir
I am writing this letter as a congratulating gesture for the success of your now-very-popular TV programme.
Recently, I went to my brother's house in Brooklyn. His nine-year-old son is highly fond of watching educational television channels like Discovery channel. He compelled me to spend some time with him watching "How it's Made", a programme produced by your company. I must say that I was really driven away by the details which I came across in that day's episode about the manufacturing of popular eatable produce from Fritolay, called Lays. I and my nephew got to know everything about the production of this product ranging from the collection and storage of potatoes, needed to make the chips, to the packaging and transportation of the chips.
Moving further, there is no denying that this show can put a very positive impact on those who watch it. This is because, one, they become knowledgeable about the background of products unveiled in the episodes to them, and two, it develops their mindset about the products as after the insider insights, people would definitely have a clearer viewpoint about them. Therefore, without any doubt, I would always recommend everybody, regardless of age, to witness the beauty of this show.
I hope that you and your company continues to create such wonderful programmes and enjoy unparalleled success.
Yours sincerely
Darpan Aneja
