You are going to take a short holiday in Singapore and you want to rent a holiday apartment while you are there.
Write a letter to your friend who works in the tourist information office.
In your letter:
explain what you need
say when you plan to be there
ask for information about prices
Dear Ron,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am planning a short vacation to Singapore and I need information about renting a holiday apartment there.
Since I am planning this trip with the whole of my family along with my parents, I want a three-bedroom apartment, which should not be too far away from the city centre. It should definitely have a fully furnished kitchen because my father only prefers home-cooked food. It would be great if the apartment has a parking space so that I could rent a car to see around but it is not the highest priority.
I will be there on the 29th of December to 3rd January as we want to celebrate the new year there. Please reply to me with the pricing for 5 nights and 6 days of staying in the rented apartment.
I am attaching the full itinerary with the letter and I hope your work experience will come handy in helping me.
Regards,
Mandeep
