– What is the reason for your leaving?

Dear Sarah,

I hope you are well. I am going to leave the Smith industry after my contract comes to an end next month.

I have learnt an incredible amount during of my working time in Smith industry and it was a great experience for an overseas student. One of the prominent companies of my home town offered me a job in his company as a database administrator. I think that it would be a new achievement for me in this field and it will open new doors to better job opportunities in the future.

I have thought deep and long about this job proposal and after about 2 months I decide to accept this proposal and move to my country in order to be in the position.

I would be grateful if you could spare some time in order to discuss this issue and give your opinion since you have been working in this field for more than 8 years. Please let me know if Sunday evening, 23th of June at 7 pm suits you.

I wish you can make it and hope to see you soon.

Best wishes,
Rahi
