Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in concern about requesting leave for one month (September 2020). As per the norms of the company, it is required to ask for leave ten days in advance but I am asking for leave four months earlier.
I told you earlier that, I am very keen on study and want to get an international certificate in Quality assurance program. I applied for a course at Toronto University and luckily got selected after my tremendous efforts. This is once in a lifetime opportunity as only twenty students get selected every year for this course word wide.
After completion of this course, I will be equipped with different dexterities which will be an asset for our company and help in improving the environment. Additionally, after my return to the job, I will make sure all pendency’s must be clear as a priority and if this needed extra overtime, I am ready for that also.
