you had a meeting of a company in a hotel where you were disappointed from their hall setup. write a letter to give suggesstion .
Dear Sir,
I am writing in refrence to a recent meeting i had with a company at your hotel and was disappointed with the hall set up and would like to offer some valuable suggestions.
first of all the technical set up was very poor, while delivering a presentation, people sitting in the back were not able to hear the presentor, this happened due to issues with the audio system. Secondly, there were frequent power cuts which happened multiple times during this presentation.
I would like to state that the meetings we host at your hotel are very critical for us, thus the issues highlighted above do not give a first great impressions to the companies we are dealing with, so in reference to the above I would like to give a few suggestions like the technical arrangements including audio-visual system should be checked properly before the presentation starts, the hotel should also provide a power back up system in case there are power cuts in the meeting hall.
Please consider the above suggestions as a valuable feedback for future improvements
Yours sincerely
vinshu
