Dear Sir/Madam

I am inscribing this missive regarding the loss of expensive watch that I have lost during my journey on last weekend.

Let me explain you in detail. Last Saturday, I board the local train from 'Rajiv chownk' to Bus stand' at around 6:00pm. My coach number was A3 and seat number was 15. I was sitting on the left corner side. I vividly remember that the watch was their on my hand at that time. As, it was a duty off time and train was fully crowded with people,I was stuck in the crowd at the time when I reached my desired place.when I reached at the station, I realized that the watch was missing, but till then the train left for its next place. My watch was a rolex one with silver circular dial and my name's initial 'R' is imposed on the back of it.

I would request you and your staff to have a look on the train. Moreover, you can announce a little reward for the one who will find it out.

I hope for the positive and prompt response from your side.

Yours sincerely

Radhika
