This is Mreza Barfi with ID number: MR24206 from Toronto. I am writing to you concerning the letter in which you asked about the bank card you have sent me previously. Unfortunately, I must acknowledge that the card was missed from its pack when I received it.
I wonder if this must be a great concern for me or not as I know you always send the card's password besides. This would become serious when someone out of an ethical manner may find it and wants to use the money. Moreover, as this is a credit card, one may use its credit and buy things that I cannot afford in short term.
Could you please tell me what you can do to mitigate the circumstance? I think deactivation of the card could be an appropriate option as long as I can activate it whenever I receive a new card. As the situation is somehow stressful, your quick consideration in this matter would be highly appreciated.
