Hi Robert,
I’m excited to tell you some fantastic news at professional and personal fronts.
First, I’ve changed my job as I was really bored of working with TCS in web development from last 2 years. There wasn’t anything impressive and alluring anymore to keep me glued to web development because I had already mastered it thoroughly. I wanted to learn something new to attain unique skills, so I decided to move on. I’m now working with IBM, an esteemed software firm. Here, I’m working on computers networking which requires connecting laptops and desktops using wireless technology. I was over the moon when I was given this opportunity, so thought to share with you.
Another exciting news I’ve to share is that I finally persuaded Lisa to marry me, and we are tying the knot next month on 5th January. I want you to be the best man in my marriage, so you need to be there by 3rd.
I’m sure you must also be exhilarated after hearing this news and would immediately start packing. I wish you a happy and safe journey for the trip and look forward to seeing you soon.
Best wishes,
Jon
