Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I bought new Television from your shop which is not functioning properly.
After installation of TV at my home it worked fine, however ten days later the audio quality has became low. I have tried few steps such as resetting and increasing volume through remote finally these were did not fixed the problem.
I have given a phone call to your store and a service team has answered it then I have explained the problem later they said a technician will visit my home to address the issue. However, technician did not visited my house.
I request you to replace my TV with brand new product as it has the warranty of one year. In addition, I suggest you to please check the tv before delivering to my home. It may avoid issues with new product, so that I can enjoy with my new TV.
