Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in reference to the notice of Hiring at your restaurant dated 12th December 2020. I want to express my interest to work part-time at your restaurant.
As per the job description that you require someone who can cook food, serve, and maintain hygiene, which, I found myself capable to work in your place. I have experience of 2 years as a chef at the Bar and grill restaurant. Recently, I have also cleared the exam of smart serve which is relevant to be certified for the jobs in the restaurants and bar. I can work in a fast-paced environment as well as build effective communication with the staff.
Moreover, this is a part-time job, my availability I for the weekends and evenings for the weekdays. I can work for nights and overtime on public holidays.
I am looking forward to your positive response.
