You recently read an article in newspaper about someone you know personally. You found some information is wrong. Write a letter to editor to inform him about it. Use following points:
1) What is the article about?
2) What is the error?
3) What you expect an editor to do?
Respected Sir,
I am one the regular reader of your news paper. I am writing this letter you is just to inform you that the information mentioned on para 32 of page no 2 about the congratulation wishes to mr. handsome., I found that there is one error while drafting or printing this para by your news agencies.
I am very close friend of mr. handsome. our emotional and relation bonding is like a real brother and at the same time i never missed to read your new agencies new paper. but today while reading one of the article in your new paper i found that there is one error while drafting or printing of the para which were printed in your organisation news paper. I wouldn't had written this letter if the error was not my very close buddy but as I mentioned that our relation is like of a real brother and there is one error while drafting or printing this letter so I thought let me inform the editor of the news agency who printed this news paper.
I would like to draw your attention to para 32 of page 2 where normally people give article for birthday wishes or any wishes. In this para where some family members (i.e. mr. handsome's parents) are giving birthday wishes to mr. handsome. while typing this para edior has wrongly written "LATE" word in front of his father name.Whereas mr. handsome parents are still alive so I request you to issue one more article with correct that para and apologies for inconvenient cause by the my friend mr. handsome and his family. in revised para.
thanking you for keeping a patience and hearing of my words.
thanking you,
Best Regards,
Praful Shah
