Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Dileep. I travelled from Chennai to Bengaluru on 5th February by Indigo airlines. Unfortunately, my luggage did not come out after my arrival to Bengaluru. Although, I have explained this to Mr. Sharma, who was the in-charge at luggage claim office on that day.
My luggage bag is blue and its size is 50*40*30. There are two labels one side and one black sticker on other side.
It's American tourist brand and its a trolly.
Inside my bag, few cricket accessories , mobile accessories, my wallet and two books are there which I need for my cricket tournament on 14th Feb at Chinnaswamy stadium , Bengaluru.
I would deeply appreciate if you could give me a prompt response at the earliest. My flight number and registered complaint number written below for your reference.
