Dear Karen,
I am very happy that you contacted me after such a long time. It's a good news to hear from you that your son is coming to my country. I am writing this letter with extreme regrets that unfortunately the day your son lands into my country, i will be not available at that time as i have scheduled official meeting in Singapore by my employer. However I will make sure that your son do not have any problems within his stay period.
The house is under revamping and restructuring shape because of this. I am sorry to say that I can not accommodate your son in my house but i can manage to arrange his stay at one of my friends house. His house is just across the road from my place and it's also well maintained and spacious. I hope your son will enjoy his stay as he will also have the company with my friends family. I already informed him about his arrival details they will pick him up from the airport.
For making your son stay more mobile. i will handover my car keys to my friends family he can take it from them and ride it when ever and where ever he wants to go. Other than that if he needs any kind of support my friends family would happy to assist him. You do not need to worry as he is just like my son and he will be in safe hands.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Nasir Khan
