Most large companies nowadays operate multi-nationally. To what extent do multinational companies have responsibility toward local communities in which they operate.
Nowadays, it is true that in the era of globalisation, many enterprises are working in multiple countries. As the result, there is a widespread belief that their responsibilities of their operation must be taken into account toward local nation. As far as I am concerned, I am in favor of this arguement.
From a social perspective, beside the view of maximising profits, it is the duty of multinational companies to maintain the wealth of local labor force. It is evident that a healthy and educated work force will benefit the operations of the company, otherwise they will confront crisis with low efficiented outcome. The lessons from the industrial revolution in Europe and America characterised by child labour, starvation wages and unhealthy working condition are exemplary for firms nowadays. Additionally,
