Currently the society is developing at a fast speed with fresh and complex changes showing up all the time. In order to give clear directions in complicated uncertainties, some people propose that young people, who are fresh troops constructing the future society, ought to have the ability to plan and organize. In my perspective, I am in favor of such a motion for the following reasons:
First of all, the ability to plan and organize is regarded as vital to prepare the youth for future academic and career challenges. It should be abundantly clear that this ability keeps youngsters away from worry or fear of the future that is full of obstacles and mysteries. This phenomenon can be greatly attributed to the fact that these individuals have the tendency to list of all the potential problems and think about how to solve these problems ahead. In other words, their plans provide guidance as necessary to these young people. On the contrary, youth who are lack of this ability will be more likely to overwhelmed and struggle to deal with the unwanted situations. From this view, this ability plays the significant role in young people.
Furthermore, not only is early planning and organizing experience pivotal factor in preparing for challenges ahead, it’s also beneficial to increase the probability of promotion. Since senior managers prefer to provide chance to these people who exhibit remarkable talent for making critical decisions, then these young people who have clear guidelines can easily draw leader’s attention. So these young people have the ability of plan and organize are exceedingly capable of administering a large number of employees or assistants in the future.
Besides, youth with the ability to plan and organize are more likely to be successful. That’s because such ability is found in many famous figures, especially those world-renowned business leaders. For instance, Larry Page, the former CEO of Google Co.Ltd, could be referred to as an outstanding example whose organizing ability is unparalleled. He keep Google which is a massive information industry corporation well organized.
In a nutshell, the skills such as plan and organize, which can bring in future preparation, chance of promotion and the stepping stone towards success, are supposed to be equipped with all the youth. Judging from all the above mentioned situations, we may reach the conclusion that all young individuals should be required to insist on learning how to plan and organize.
