You have just moved into a new home and are planning to hold a party. You are worried that the noise may disturb your neighbour.
Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter.
1. Introduce yourself
2. Describe your plans for the party
3. Invite your neighbour to come
Dear Mr. Tharaka,
I am writing to you with great pleasure of introducing myself. I am Aravindhan and shifted to this new house last week. My family is not large and complicated, as it only consists of myself, wife and two small children. I am an Accountant attached to a private organization and being there for last five years.
In addition, I have organized a small celebration to introduce my new residence to my parents, relatives and loved ones. There will be around twenty invitees. Furthermore, I have also arranged a private music group to entertain the guests as well. Therefore, I am concerned about the inconveniences it will cause to you and to your family.
Apart from that, I am glad to invite you and your family to this party. This will be a great opportunity to understand each other. Not only that, but also our family members can socialize, which will help, if need arise. More importantly, I guarantee you that, the day will be fun and memorable one as well.
Please accept my apologies for any trouble, due to this organization and hope to see you all on that day.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely,
R. Aravindhan
