Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter in connection to a letter received from your bank, asking me to
Send an acknowledgement for the receipt of a new bank card. Unfortunately, the card is
Missing from the envelope.
I asked your bank to issue me a new card, as I misplaced my old card and I am not able
to find it. As I have to travel, abroad, frequently for my company business meetings; I generally use your bank’s card only, as I am using it from last few years and I have this only bank card with me. So, this card is vital for me and I am afraid, if I don’t get the card with next 3-4 days, my next travel may affect due to this.
Keeping my concern at the top, issue me a new card as soon as possible and this time, please make sure the card is included in the envelope.
Thank you kindly in advance,
Yours faithfully,
Pardeep Singh
