The table illustrates the amount of people that visited the museum the year before and the year after the renovation of Ashdown, while the pie chart shows the survey feedback from the tourist about their experience. These responses were recorded on the scale of very satisfied to very dissatisfied and including no response.
Overall, before refurbished the majority of the crowd were and only 15% were very satisfied, however, after renovating the museum most of the visitors commented to be satisfied and just 5% complained to be very dissatisfied. People that ignored the survey remain stable for both years.
Before changing the infrastructure approximately 15% were very satisfied and 30% was satisfied. Moreover, a significant number of people (40%) were dissatisfied, whereas, only one in ten was extremely dissatisfied.
On the other hand, after refurbishing the Ashdown museum the same amount of visitors that disliked stated liking the museum. Likewise, that the tourist that enjoyed the visit the most increased by 20 percent. Consequently, the population of travelers that were unpleased by the place reduced to one in twenty for highly dissatisfied and less than a fifth dissatisfied.
