You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
1- Say where you think you left the papers.
2- Explain why they are so important
3- Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Off lately, meeting was held in your Mahejban Hotel in Kurukshetra by USG Boral Pvt. Ltd.. I am writing this letter as in the hurry , I forgot my dairy in the hall along with the paper file which consists of documents which are required at priority.
As I can memorise, the documents and dairy with me till the end of presentations as I was the last to give presentation and I took the documents to explain some facts. I believe that this was the last place where I had seen the paper file and my dairy. The dairy was on black colour with the logo of our company. You can clearly see the dairy from distance. In the paper file, there was some bills and quotations of products which I have to submit so that purchase can be done.
I would like to request to send the both as soon as earlier. You have our company address and you can send the both to the same address. Further more, I will be thankful if you can share the tracking number and do share the amount of courier which I will send you by account transfer.
Regards
Abhishek Singh
