some people are born to be leaders, while others believe leadership can be learnt.
it is argued that great leaders are born, however, some people believe that leadership skills can be developed through learning, training, experience and so on. In my view, to become a good leader, we can have both natural talent and practical.
On the one hand, it is said that leaders are born. First, great leaders can move from parents to children. With a great mother, she will have some features in her mind and then, when she gives birth to her child, who will inherit some good features from her mother.
However, leadership skills can be created by the life skills.First, we can study it from our teachers, some developed ourselves courses and so on. Those above can help us become more confident and gain more experience. Furthermore, we should develope themselves everyday and set up some good purposes, then follow them. my older sister, for example, who used to very shy. but she has a dream of becoming a leader, a director.she has tried to do something to do it such as joining many life skill courses, meeting a lot of great people ... And then, she has achieved her dream and has become a great leader.
In conclusion, I think that leadership skills can be not only born, but also learned through training, experiences.
