Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to make your concern about worst customer service that I had at Winners during my last visit on Dec 12, 2018.
Actually, me along with family was here in the store to get some stuff. I saw there was a huge crowd in the store due to big deals and even long ques in front of cashiers that also makes their job somewhat difficult. As long as I got my turn to make payments, closing announcement was done as a consequence of which everyone was in hurry even cashiers too.
Moreover, I made my payment and just on the exit door and my wife suddenly observes the absence of her purse that she might forget at cash counter. I requested the customer executive to get inside to check but she becomes rude and noisy that seems very much inconvenient.
I agree that you have your policies to follow but unintentionally if somebody left any valuable inside ,it must be addressed properly. Even though the gate person or security personnel could help.
