There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks.
Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter
• describe what the problems are
• explain how these problems are affecting you
• suggest what you would like the company to do
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to discuss the problem that we are facing due to the inconvenient bus service being provided by your company.
There are two buses that run from our area towards the different parts of the city. Most of the dwellers in our area commute to their offices by these buses. But from the past few days, buses do not arrive at time, that causes people to wait for a long time. Also, buses are in quite bad condition. Most of the seats are torn off and many window panes are broken. Moreover, bus drivers are very unprofessional. Many times it has happened that bus driver is stopped by traffic police because he was not following the traffic rules.
All such issues are causing a huge trouble to daily passengers. I am getting late for my office daily. People stand for a long time in queues to wait for the buses.
I would like to suggest few things to improve the services provided by your company. Primarily, there should be a regular servicing of all buses. Also, it is very important to have complete vetting and proper driving test of the drivers before hiring them. I am hopeful that you will consider my suggestion and take some action to improve your bus service.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
ABC
