Dear Mr. John and Mrs. Susan,
I am writing in response to the email you sent to me concerning the loud noise coming from my apartment.
My kitchen cabinet got damaged last night. It fell off the kitchen wall in the night. I wanted to purchase an new one but the outrageous price the seller mentioned put me off from buying it. So i contacted Smith, the carpenter, who fixed our main entrance door, to make another one for me.
I am extremely sorry for any discomfort i might have caused you and your families. If i had known, i would have bought a second-hand kitchen cabinet from the retail store down the road. Kindly accept my sincere apology.
Could you let the me know what time you leave for work as well as the time you get back, so that i can inform the carpenter on when to start and finish for the day. However, i will tell him to hold on for the moment until i get a reply from you.
I await your response.
Your sincerely,
Ben Ray
