Letter to council for the dirty street:
Explain why it has become dirty recently
What problem it has caused
Giving some suggestions.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the sanitation and cleanliness problems on our favorite Smith street. Nowadays, the garbage collection vans are throwing the collected junk on the roadside in an open area, and this is increasingly polluting the street and the nearby surroundings. On questioning one of the staff in charge, I learned that it is due to the absence of large dumping bins or containers and therefore these vehicles are carelessly throwing the waste material on the ground.
As a result, not only it has disgusted the view of the street but also contributes towards spreading harmful bacterial infections. Consequently, people residing or working nearby are falling prey to the germs and bacteria, thus they have become prone to harmful diseases.
My suggestion on this situation is that the area should be cleaned immediately furthermore, considerably big trash disposal containers should be installed at the affected spot, which will again make the street speckless.
I look forward to prompting action from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Abhishek Saxena
