You have lost and item of value on a train. Write a letter to the railway company. In your letter
- Describe the item
- Explain where & when you left it
- Say what action you would like the company to take
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my laptop, which I mistakenly left on the train, while I was travelling from Central station to Downtown on Jan 13, 2019.
I lost a laptop of HP make, which is a model from HP3200 series. It is a black color laptop with fifteen inches screen and is in a grey sling laptop bag. Additionally, as an identification mark I have my name initials AJ on the bottom left of the gadget’s screen.
After reconfirming from my travel ticket, I missed the belonging in the C-3 coach of the train. I assume I forget to pick the bag, as I was in haste to get down at the station considering the fact that the train stops at the Downtown station for only five minutes.
In case you trace my belonging, I request you to give me a call on the suggested mobile number mentioned on the lost and found form, enclosed herewith.
Looking forward for your response.
Yours faithfully
Alex Jhonson
