What you enjoyed most working with them
Dear Jeff,
Hope you are doing well. I deeply regret that I had to rush back to my home without informing you on my last working day in Germany. Please accept my sorry for not intimating you on my travel, as it were not only planned at the peak moment but also you were on leave on that day.
As my work visa got expired by last Saturday I need to travel back to India on the same day for its renewal. I was desperately wanted to reach you, but my itinerary was rescheduled earlier. Therefore, I had to catch the domestic flight as early as possible to reach the capital city for departure to my country. I messed with my packing and got over-charged at boarding point.
Anyway, that last two years working with you people changed my mind-set about Germans, I enjoyed the stay at your country and companionship of you. I am so lucky to have you as my friend. I truly enjoyed the team work and meetings with the team which helped me to build my confidence and subject knowledge. As a token of love and care, I left a souvenir with Jacob for you, i think you will like it.
Please be in touch. Hope to see you soon.
Yours lovingly
Harish
