The pie charts compare the circumstance of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of the household at Australian.
It can be clearly seen that the proportion of heating is the highest for energy consumption. Overall, water heating is serious in greenhouse gas emissions.
heating is almost half of the total energy consumption, around 42%, while the greenhouse gas emissions are just 15%. The second high is water heating, which gets 30% for energy to consume and 32% of greenhouse gas, which is the highest percentages in greenhouse gas.
For refrigeration, which catches 7% of energy usage as well as 14% for greenhouse gas. The percentages of other appliances are normal, 15% of the energy consumed and 28% for greenhouse emissions, which is the second high option. The proportion of cooling and lighting are lower than other appliances, respectively, 2% and 3% for cooling in energy usage and greenhouse, 4% and 8% to the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in lighting.
