The bar chart illustrate the quantity of magazines sold in 2000 and 2010 and give some prediction in the magazine market by 2020.
Overall there were marginal upward trends for all three countries A, B and C while this figure for country D saw a steady improvement. Another interesting point is that the quantity of magazine sales in country E varied over the period given.
Looking at details, in 2000, average magazine sales in two countries A and B are the same at 50 but this figures went down by around 4% in the next decade and they are forecasted to continue to reduce at 38% and 45% respectively. Similarly, country C experienced the same trend. Starting at nearly 38%, this figure for country C fell to 36% in 2010 and will hit a trough at 32% by 2020.
By contrast, the consumption of magazine per person in country D witnessed a gentle grew after a decade from 18% in 2000 to 20%. This figure is anticipated to be improved, finishing the period at 23%. On the other hand, despite reached the peak at 7% in 2010 the number of magazine sold in country E still remained at the bottom since the beginning. Furthermore, this figure is forecasted to return the initial point at 5% by 2020.
