The diagram shows how chewing gum is made.
The diagram given provides information about production of the chewing gum.
Overall, what stands out from the process is that it consists of 7 stages beginning with heating the mixture and culminating with puting the gum into packet.
To begin with, a container is filled with the substances needed to form gum, and heated to melt them together. After that process, because it is important to get rid of liquid in the melted mixture, it is distributed over a strainer. Since the straining process is done, the mixture can be sent to the next stage in which another container is taken in order to get the second mixture serving as flavouring, softener and sweetener. After blending the strained subtance with the mixture gained from the second container, it is ready for flatting with rollers. The next stage is cutting the gum into lots of rectangular shapes which are then broken to get each of them for the final process that the pieces are enclosed with packets.
