The chart started in 1918, there was the largest proportion of renting households at 78% while the owned residence was the lowest at 22%. after that, an increase and decrease indicated for owning and renting accommodation separately until 1971. The proportion of these two varieties was the same at 50% at the moment.
there was no turning point after 1971, The number of residential owner kept raising gradually to 68% since 1971, by contrast, the dropping of residential renter was entirely shown from 50% to 32% significantly. The situation was unchanged over three decades. Lastly, there was a slightly rebound by both trends, 65% and 35% for owned residence and rented residence independently at the end of 2011.
