. describe a type of accommodation.
.give your preference for location
Dear Sir,
I am writing to rent an accommodation in Sydney, Australia. I am 30 years old, married women from Pakistan, Lahore. I have small unit family with my husband and two children. My husband, who is an engineer by profession, recently got a new job in Australia. He has to join his firm next week, so we are planning to travel by the end of July.
I would prefer to have a fully furnished, two bed room apartment. It must include a fully equipped kitchen with combine living room. What’s more, internet broadband and television should also be included. If possible, I would like to rent a flat with a balcony facing sea.
In addition to it, building must be in city center since my husband office is few miles from there. It should have an easy access to shopping malls, restaurants and subway station. On the top, the good schools must be near to place where I could send my kids for studies.
Please tell me know that how much this kind of accommodation would cost me.I would appreciate if you could arrange it for me.
I am looking forward to hearing you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Sara Batool.
