write a letter to an organizer about the hotel you stayed who booked the hotel for you
meeting details
What you did not like about the hotel
what you want organizer to do
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the condition of the hotel, where I stayed for an urgent meeting. My company Pakistan telecommunication private limited sent me to turkey for settlement of a project. The meeting was on 23rd of October at the Turkey hotel. I stayed in the hotel from 22nd to 24th of October in Room number 406.
Firstly, The Room was quite spacious and after the session, I was so tired that wanted to sleep immediately. But when I switched on the air-conditioner it was not working properly. I had to open the window, so that some fresh air can reduce the heat in the room. Secondly, The Refrigerator was also not working at ultimate temperature and all the drinks were hot. Finally, It looked like bed sheets were also not changed after the previous tenant as there were spots on them.
This was extremely frustrating, however I complained about the situation to the hotel manager, But to no avail. As the arrangement were not according to my requirements and service was really pathetic, hence I want you to refund half of my money and also report about hotel condition to its owner. So that other visitors do not face the same issues in the future.
I want you to send the settlement in my bank account.
Yours faithfully,
