Dear Mr.Albert,
I am writing to inform you that I lost my identification card yesterday. At the beginning I will introduce my self, My name is Doaa Okaila, I am a third-year dental student. That is why I faced a dilemma when I lot it.
In more details, this considered to be a detrimental issue, which will have a negative effect on me.
In other words, I am not allowed to enter the clinics or get any new patients without it. Also, I can submit my assignments or researches unless I have my own card with me. For example, If I have a clinical section even if my patient is present in the waiting area. I can not proceed or take a cubic in order to assist her situation. And that will affect my score a lot. And one of my demand is to get higher grades.
I would be grateful in you could make a new identification card for me. As soon as possible.
Looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Doaa Okaila.
