Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regards to a MacBook laptop that I bought a few months ago from your shop Harvey Norman. I am using it every day to get my work done. It has been functioning well, I have a good virus protector on and I have done all the updates that it has offered, but with the last update, it seems that something has gone wrong. It has problems to open windows and it is really slow to open website pages.
It is affecting my work as I need to use the Internet a lot and when the MacBook is so sluggish and sometimes does not even open the page it makes my work impossible. I have a responsible work with deadlines and customers who are calling due to late delivery.
In this situation, I would like to get a new MacBook or get it fixed as soon as possible.
