Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to let you know that I have lost one of my important items in your theatre yesterday. I went to the cinema to watch the movie "Hello Brother" at 5 o'clock in the evening. I arrived before the showtime. The show started at the right time and it finished ten-minutes late. Also, I had popcorn and cold-drink during intermission. Overall, I spent quality time there with my family.
Actually, I am a little worried about my belonging. I have lost my mobile phone, which was gifted by my wife on my birthday. I clearly remember that the mobile phone was in my back pocket when I left my seat after the show has finished. After leaving the theatre hall, I went to the restroom near the hall number one. I believe that I left it somewhere in the toilet. However, I am still not completely sure about where exactly I lost my cellphone.
In order to find my handheld device, I would like to request you to please help me to track it somewhere in the suspected areas, such as the male restroom, at the reception, and in the cafe. Furthermore, I would like you to see CCTV recordings for that specific time so that we can try to find out my mobile phone. Do you have a department for lost and found things?
I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Matt Henry
