We can see from the first chart that the main reason for education of adults is interst in subject which is 40%. Wanting to gain qualification is another important reason for adult education. Another motivating factor is the opportunity it provides for current job, closely accompanied by the chance of promotion. Enjoyment in learning provides 20% of the deciding factor for adult education. Ability to change jobs and meeting people takes a small proportion of their desire.
From the pie chart we can see that people think the most contribution for adult education should come from individual, which is 40%. According to them, the employer should share 35% and taxpayer should pay 25% of the cost of adult education.
