The given two Islip town center diagrams describe the previous architecture and construction and what new changes will happen once development done.
Firstly, Planned development is about forming dual carriageway around the major part of the town, which is currently having only main road and partial road for school and park. Currently Islip town is very discreet, which is only having main road and shops nearby to it. There are two different ways for park and school, one is from south and another is from east. But in planned development, circular shaped dual carriageway going to form which will be able structure town properly.
Secondly, By implementing planned development, there will be more space to build new bus station and lot of space for two new housing. It also offers proper pedestrians path and dedicated car parking.These features is lacking in current structure of town of Islip. Planned development also take cares of old housing, park and shops. Only thing is school and other part of current housing is outside of dual carriageway.
In a nutshell, Planned development of Islip town center will bring more opportunity for other market and more space to add new needful things. It gives structure to the town.
