The graph below shows the number of hours per day on average that children spent watching television.
The following graph gives information about how many hours a day children lose there leisure time in front of a TV set between 1950 and 2010 and is measured in hours a regular day.
Overall, it can be seen that despite some fluctuations the graph shoved a high increase during the given time.
To begin, in 1950 amount of hours which the children spend opposite TV screen was a little namely stood at approximately 10-15 minutes a day. But from this point onwards it began to increase dramatically in the next 10 years also it reached about a half-hour a day. Thereafter the number of hours which watched TV by children rose shockingly from 1960 to about 1975 and it stood at 4 hours a day. After that, the figure fluctuated between 1975 and 1995 also it reached its highest point (more than 4 hours a day), from this downwards the graph started to decrease gradually until the end of the period.
