The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
The diagram beneath exemplifies the steps and the tools utilized in the cement manufacturing procedure, and the way in which cement is used to generate concrete for construction purposes.
Overall, there are five stages involved in the preparation of cement, beginning with the raw material and ends up at packaging. On the other hand, concrete is produced in a single step.
First of all, limestone and clay are combined and the compound is forwarded towards the crusher. Following this, the powdered output is then transferred to the mixer and then the mixer yield undergoes rigorous heat inside the rotating heater chamber. In the next stage, the mixture then proceeds to the grinder that provides the final output as cement. Subsequently, cement is now packed in bags is and ready for usage.
After that, the next stage is concrete generation and for this, a quarter of sand with half amount of sandstones are assorted with 15% of cement and one-tenth of water and passed on to the concrete mixture which rotates in a clockwise direction and eventually concrete is created.
