Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to request a change in my campus accommodation. My name is John Gresham and I live in the Room-7 of D block in the hostel. Lately, I have been experiencing quite a lot issues with my stay.
The biggest issue is that my roommate frequently invites his friends for a party and plays loud music until late in the night often extending to 3AM. Added to this, he lacks sense of cleanliness. In spite of several attempts to reconcile on these matters, he continues to repeat them. Due to which I am unable to sleep at nights resulting in fatigue during the day and our room attracts pests causing health issues.
As the exams are nearing, I need a healthy, calm and serene environment to concentrate on my studies. Hence, I request and urge you to please allocate an individual dormitory. I would be grateful if u could act on this promptly.
Your's faithfully,
John Gresham
