The pie charts below show the comparison of different kinds of energy production of France in two years
The pie chart illustrates the percentage of various types of energy production of France in year 1985 and 2005.
Overall, in both year coal was produced most amount of energy. The most significant sources were coal and gas and together they were generated more than half of the energy. Other sources had played the least amount of role of energy generation in France. Moreover, there was very little increased in percentage from 1995 to 2005.
In 1995 coal is covered 29.80% of energy production and very slight change in the percentage (30.93%) in year 2005. In terms of gas it was increased little more than coal (29.63% to 30.31%) in this ten years period.
Where percentage was risen for all the sources from 1995 to 2005 but in case of petro it was dropped almost 10% (29.27% and 19.55% respectively). Nuclear sources was produced more energy (10.10%) in 2005 than in 1995 (6.40%). On the other hand looking at this entire chart it was expended more for other sources from 1995 to 2005 than coal, nuclear, gas and petro. There 4.90% energy was generated by other sources in 1995 and 9.10% was counted for year 2005.
