You have recently flown to another country on a business trip. You were satisfied with the flight, but didn’t like services at the airport. Write a letter to the airport manager and say
– Give your flight details.
– Why were you disappointed?
– Suggest some improvements to the airport services.
Dear Sir,
My name is Jot and I have recently traveled to Europe for my business trip. I am extremely satisfied with the services in flight but the services at airport were annoying. I am writing this to express my disappointment with the poor services at the airport which received.
I had traveled to Europe last week on 30th May in the evening and I broad Air India flight with flight number 76432. The staff on the flight was very friendly and helpful.
However, the staff at the airport was quite ill-mannered. When I came to the airport I was greeted with bitter words from the ticket checker. Later on, the customs department took a huge time to check the luggage that was around one and a half hours. Apart from this, escalators were not working hence, I had to carry my luggage by own.
I would like to request you that please teach your staff about the importance of good communication and also make the custom department a little fast. Furthermore, investigate the problem with the escalator and fix it as soon as possible.
I assume that you will quickly take action in order to satisfy other travelers. I look forward to a reply from your end.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
