The given plans represent the single and double occupancy rooms for the students at an Australian university.
Overall, It is conspicuous that room for two people costs higher than the room for single person. Moreover, if we compare both rooms there are some difference in amenities as well.
In the student room for two people, there are two single beds available. And for each student there is study desk available. There is only one single bathroom for two students. Sink, stove, Television and Microwave are common in both the rooms but on different locations. In addition to this there is availability of table and chairs in this room.
One person occupancy room is rather less expensive( $200 per week) than other room($350 per week). Due to which it has less amenities. Length of room is same for both but width of single room is less(2.5 meters) than double occupancy room (4 meters). Bookshelf and cupboard are not present in the single room.
