A friend has agreed to stay in your flat (apartment) and look after it while you are away.
You want to give your friend some information about the flat.
Write a letter to this friend. In your letter:
• give information about the flat
• provide any important instructions
• say what he/she should do if there are any problems
Dear Jame,
Hope you are doing okay!
Just writing this to provide some information about my apartment. It is easy to locate, just look for the brick red
building at the corner, after reaching ABC street. My flat is on the fourth floor, Unit-402. Unfortunately the stair-lift
is broken and you might have to climb a few steps if it is not fixed by your arrival date.
I would like you to do a couple of things for me, until you are here. Firstly, water the plants located in the balcony,
generally they need water on every alternate day. My second ask is to operate the washing machine only at 30 as it takes funny turms
on any temperature higher than that.
I can not foresee any issue during my absence but you know you can call me at any time on my mobile phone.
See you soon...
Cheers,
Sumit
