The maps below show the village of Stokeford in 1930 and in 2010.
Information about the innovation of Stokefold from 1930 to 2010 is depicted in the maps. Overall, while farmlands are removed to give place for residential areas, several buildings are upgraded for amenities.
As can be seen from the maps, the northern cow farm and the two opposite shops had been replaced by two new roads with houses. In the south, town square and houses had also been erected in the previous cow farm.
Looking in the diagrams, although the primary school had been upgraded with two new buildings, the garden next to it had been cut by half size. The large house beneath the gardens is enlarged with two new blocks to convert to a retirement home. Finally, the village of Stokefold had been urbanized with a significant increase in houses erected on every street. However, the bridge and post office remained the same over eight decades.
